That is what you will use your talents for as a Director Fiduciary Management Private Client Solutions at Van Lanschot Kempen. You are involved in the full investment process for private and semi-institutional clients who outsource asset management in whole or in part to us. This includes developing investment proposals, constructing portfolios, advising on strategic asset allocation and investment governance, and contributing to innovation and sustainability within our investment solutions.
You also have the following tasks:
Manage and advise on investment solutions for private clients, family offices and semi-institutional clients.
Develop strategic asset allocation and fiduciary proposals tailored to complex client needs and constraints.
Support acquisition and onboarding processes for new clients on investment-related topics.
Coordinate investment-related topics with portfolio management, strategy, risk and relationship management.
Evaluate and adopt AI tools that improve analysis, efficiency and quality in investment-related workflows.

You also work in a structured way and translate complex investment questions into clear, actionable solutions.
At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within wealth management.
Demonstrable knowledge of investment management; CFA or VBA is preferred.
Hands-on experience in developing multi-asset investment propositions for private clients and family offices.
Confident in evaluating and adopting new AI tools relevant to your field.
Good mastery of English and Dutch, both oral and written.

The Private Client Solutions team is responsible for investment-related services and solutions for private and semi-institutional clients, including associations, foundations and family offices. The team works across the full investment chain, from portfolio construction and fiduciary advice to sustainability and proposition development, in close collaboration with portfolio management, strategy, risk and relationship management.
