Digital & AI Adoption – Internship

You will use your people & communication skills to inspire, convince and support in the digital adoption of the tools that we provided as well as keeping employees up to date on newest developments in digital skills and AI tools.

 

That is what you will use your talents for in the Digital Adoption Internship at Van Lanschot Kempen. You will help the Digital Adoption team to create client impact by setting digital standards, activate our employees to continuously upskill with technology and therefore increase their performance.

 

During this internship you will work in a dynamic environment where you support various multidisciplinary DevOps teams and departments like the commercial colleagues of the Private Bank, Investment & Fiduciary Managers and Operations teams like Client Monitoring.

 

You also have the following tasks:

  • You execute on various ideas to increase the digital and AI literacy in the organization, such as organizing events and webinars;
  • You create (video) content for articles and learning paths to inspire and educate colleagues;
  • You work with teams and departments to create awareness for digital, AI and data tools & products;
  • You gather data and insights on the digital adoption of co-workers and think of actions that could be taken based on these insights to increase digital adoption;
  • You help in expanding the usage of our Digital Learning Platform called 5miles.

Your talents

Communicative, outgoing, and digital savvy. This is how we can best describe you in the position of Digital Adoption Intern. Talents that you use to guide our customers in a constantly changing world, every day. By thinking out of the box and asking questions you improve the performance. You are also result-oriented and have a hands-on mentality.

 

In addition:

  • You are a second, third- or fourth-year bachelor or master student;
  • You want to gain work experience through an internship;
  • You call yourself Digital & AI Savvy and you are passionate about new technology and tools;
  • You are at least 5 months available for an internship for 32 to 40 hours a week;
  • You have a good mastery of English, both oral and written.
