We are looking for a Compliance Officer with a focus on Investment Management. You have expert knowledge of AIFMD, UCITS, MIFID, SFDR and broader sustainability regulations, and have experience with product risk assessments, reviewing marketing materials, and overseeing cross-border activities.

In this position, you are the point of contact for compliance-related matters within Investment Management.

You also have the following tasks: 

  • Advising the business and reviewing compliance policies.
  • Providing compliance advice, among others, regarding fund reviews and marketing materials.
  • Overseeing cross-border activities and compliance with AIFMD, UCITS, MIFID, SFDR, and broader sustainability regulations.
  • Preparing quarterly compliance reports to the VLK IM Board.
  • Providing training to the organization.

  • At least 7 years of compliance experience in an advisory role at a financial institution or in a consultancy role.
  • An academic background (e.g., economics, law, or another relevant academic education) is required.
  • A strong affinity with the entire chain of financial services and knowledge of Dutch and European legislation related to fund and portfolio management.  
  • Good mastery of English, both oral and written.

  • a gross monthly salary between €5394 and €7145, commensurate with your knowledge and experience.
