Client Administration currently consists of approximately 95 employees and is constantly evolving to continue to respond to developments within and outside the bank. Every day we process approximately 2000 customer orders for the Netherlands and Belgium. In order to stay ahead, we continuously implement further digitalization and optimizations. We work with interfacing, robotization, workflows and AI, among other things. All these innovations aim to contribute to an optimal customer experience, operational excellence and to comply with laws and regulations. Good collaboration within, but also with other departments, is very important.
