Do you want to play a key role in the stability, efficiency and innovation of our end-to-end payments chain? In this role, you lead chain-wide changes and actively contribute to strengthening continuity. You keep the payments chain healthy by steering changes and projects in the right direction and by turning incidents into structural improvements: you capture lessons learned, initiate improvement measures and ensure they are actually implemented. You bring teams together, keep oversight in a complex environment and ensure our clients can rely on a stable, reliable and continuously improving payments environment. That is how you use your talents as Change Coordinator Payments at Van Lanschot Kempen.

You will also be working on:

  • Coordinating changes and projects across the entire payments chain.
    Facilitating a controlled release process for the applications we manage functionally.
  • Aligning internal teams and suppliers, including planning, test management and clear communication to all chain partners.
  • Monitoring and understanding chain integrations: you understand system dependencies and support the functional management team with problem analysis and resolving disruptions.
  • Ensuring an up-to-date and complete CMDB overview by registering configuration items and chain dependencies on time and processing changes correctly, so that impact analyses are always based on reliable information.
  • Analysing incidents, capturing lessons learned and implementing improvement measures within our organisation and at suppliers.
  • In the event of major disruptions, you facilitate the functional management team by maintaining oversight, coordinating actions where needed, supporting urgency and ensuring clear communication to stakeholders.

In addition, you have:

  • At least a higher professional (hbo) level of working and thinking
  • At least 3 years of experience with complex, high-risk projects in the financial sector
  • Experience with or affinity for payment services (preference)
  • Interest in AI applications within run & change
  • Good command of Dutch and English

Turning talent into value!

That's what we do! The fact is, if you add value, you can expect the same from us in return. A good work-life balance with our 'hybrid way of working' is a good example of this. As a Change and Continuity Coordinator Payments, you will also be given:

  • a gross monthly salary between €4,500 and €5,500, depending on your knowledge and experience.
  • a flexible budget of 19.47% of your gross salary. This budget consists of a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance and 7 additional days of leave. You can use it to buy a bicycle, pay for your gym membership, or save for a sabbatical. It is also possible to have the full budget paid out at any time during the year.
  • a share plan, in which Van Lanschot Kempen doubles your investment (up to €3,500 per year) in Van Lanschot Kempen shares.
    27 days of leave, of which 7 are part of the flexible budget.
    reimbursement of commuting costs, including green options such as walking and cycling to work.
  • a working-from-home allowance.
  • a childcare budget for working parents with children aged 0–12.
  • a market‑conform pension scheme. The exact contribution is based on age and salary; in most cases you can expect a contribution of around 20%, of which 4% is the employee contribution.
