You are interested in Investment Management, project management and have some affinity with data. You enjoy coordinating with people, have a structured way of working and enjoy learning about processes of how the reports of our Institutional and Fiduciary clients are made. Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management is currently undergoing an impactful change program in which we aim to become more digital, agile and where we strive for higher quality client reporting. As an intern, you can play a vital role in this program by coordinating actions, and also analyzing and looking for improvements in the process.

Your talents

You can showcase your talents as an Intern within the Reporting Change team. The Reporting Change team is part of the Reporting & Performance team within Operational Services and the Change team fully dedicated to the Future State Reporting change program. In these teams, you act as a liaison between the business and the IT development teams. During your internship you can get to know the inner workings of implementing such a large-scale change program within Investment Management, and make your contribution by showing your ability to learn, pro-activeness and entrepreneurial mind-set.

Specific tasks and responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Communication and action tracking across teams, and if you show potential there is opportunity to lead one of your own initiatives during the internship.

  • Business analysis: Analysing legacy reporting components to document how they currently work and discuss requirements with stakeholders. Make proposals for future components design for the DevOps team and participate in user acceptance testing.

  • Reporting process support: Serving as the contact for the reporting team, providing support during Go-Live's and queries regarding tools, data sources, and processes.

During the first half of the internship, working from the Amsterdam office 4-5 days a week is expected

You can join us as an intern starting in February 2026, ideally for 6 months.
