AI Investment Management - Internship

Join Van Lanschot Kempen’s AI teams to tackle real-world challenges in investment management, ranging from adopting AI to disruption through AI. That is what you will use your talents for as an Intern AI for Investment Management at Van Lanschot Kempen. You will experiment with state-of-the-art models, turn structured and unstructured data into insights for investors and clients, and help translate promising AI ideas into concrete prototypes and scalable solutions – making a visible impact on how we invest for our clients and for society.  

We are looking for candidates who either want to explore thesis options or just would like to contribute to our efforts whilst gaining job experience to kick-start your career.

Your talents

Passionate about (AI) technology, collaborative, and analytical are among the words you’d describe yourself. Talents that you to design and implement scalable, efficient, and impactful AI-driven solutions. By thinking out of the box and asking questions. And all will be well if you also you are passionate about the latest advancements in AI and excited to bridge the gap between data and AI innovation.  

You also have: 

• University education in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.  

• Preferably hands-on experience with Azure and Azure DevOps, including configuring automated build and release pipelines (CI/CD). 

• Preferably the ability to develop intelligent applications using Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Foundry. 

• Preferably expertise in building and optimizing data ingestion and processing pipelines. 

• Preferably proficiency in Python. 

• Preferably affinity with investment management 

• Fluent in English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
