Investment Management excels in fund management in a number of niche asset classes in which we are a leading provider of Fiduciary Management services in the Dutch and UK markets. Delivering digital and data driven solutions for our Investment Management business line, is what excites the 70 people in IMTA (Investment Management Technology & Analytics). That's what we do! The fact is, if you add value, you can expect the same from us in return. A good work-life balance with our 'hybrid way of working' is a good example of this. As a AI Expert you will also be given:
- A gross monthly salary between €5000 and €5900, compatible with your knowledge and experience.
- In addition to the aforementioned basis salary, a flexible budget of 19.47% of your gross salary (containing a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance & 7 extra legal leave days) You can utilize this by buying a bike, monthly gym membership, but also to save up for a sabbatical! It’s also possible to get the full budget paid out at any moment in the year;
- Hybrid working; you come to the office for team meetings or brainstorming sessions at least twice a week, the rest is flexible
- Training opportunities and the possibility to attend conferences.
- 1 month fully paid when you take a sabbatical of 3 months or longer.
- Your commute to work is compensated, including green options of walking and biking to work!
- A market competitive pension scheme. The exact contribution is based on your salary and age, generally, most people can expect around 20% contribution, which 4% is employee contribution.
- Working from home allowance.
- Up to 2 months of working from abroad per year. You can extend your family visit or holidays by working remotely.
- Co-working/co-living opportunities with your team (we would love to tell you more about this).
