In this temporary role as a Working Student within the HR Learning & Development team, you play a crucial role in improving the documentation and data quality of employee training and training hours. Your efforts directly contribute to reliable reporting obligations and make an essential contribution to the success and further professionalization of our organization.

You are eager to use your talents as a Working Student L&D at Van Lanschot Kempen. In this role, you primarily collaborate with colleagues within the L&D team, so strong communication skills are important. The registration of the training requires accuracy and precision.

Additionally, you will be involved in:

Registering and processing training and participant information in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Keeping the L&D team and the project team updated on the progress of the project.

Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
Availability for a period of about 4 months, for 16 to 24 hours per week

As a Working Student, you are part of the Learning & Development team within HR. You work closely with our Learning & Development colleagues within the L&D team. The focus of L&D is on supporting all colleagues within Van Lanschot Kempen with their learning and development needs.

A gross monthly salary of €2,505.60 on a full-time basis
