Are you ready to sink your teeth into the world of Confirmation Services and know better than anyone how crucial it is within the securities world? Then we challenge you to join our team! Trade & Derivatives is a dynamic part of Securities Operations , where Trade & Derivatives plays a key role in the administrative settlement and recording of both exchange and OTC transactions.

Within Trade & Derivatives we have different product groups being Confirmations Services, Settlements, Reconciliation, Agency Services and OTC derivatives administration. As an employee Confirmation Service you are, together with your colleagues, responsible for the accurate, timely and complete processing of executed transactions. You will ensure proper allocation to clients, open sub-accounts, and manage and maintain static data for funds.

You work closely with the front office (dealing room), identifying and resolving discrepancies or communicating them to the appropriate individuals, departments and counterparties. In addition, your duties include taking care of MiFID reports, Fundagent activities, maintaining process descriptions and liaising with both internal and external clients. You are the essential link between front and back office, with a keen eye for efficiency and a talent for seeing automation or robotization opportunities.

We ask the following:

  • You have an HBO or MBO+ education in Banking and Insurance.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the securities industry
  • Familiarity with process improvement
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Excel
  • A practical attitude and a can-do mentality
  • Willingness to learn and develop continuously
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language , both oral and written
