We are looking for a driven Learning & Development Business Partner to join our team and help realize our vision.

As L&D Business Partner at Van Lanschot Kempen, you are eager to use your talents. You are the driving force behind the development of our employees. You work closely with various departments to design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs that align with the strategic goals of our organization. You are the strategic sparring partner of the business, understanding its needs and translating them into effective L&D solutions.

Additionally, you will be involved in:

  • Collaborating with the business and HR to identify and prioritize learning needs.
  • Advising, developing, and implementing innovative learning and development programs.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  • Using data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and making adjustments as needed.

You use these talents to guide our employees through an ever-changing world every day, by thinking ahead and asking the right questions. Additionally, your strong stakeholder management skills and extensive experience in developing and implementing L&D programs are a great asset. Furthermore, you have:

  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Educational Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Learning & Development role.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in learning and development.
  • Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.

  • A gross monthly salary between €4800 and €6200, depending on your knowledge and experience.
  • A flexible budget amounting to 19.47% of your gross salary. This budget includes a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance, and 7 extra vacation days. You can use this to buy a bike, pay for your gym membership, or save for a sabbatical! You can also choose to have the entire budget paid out at any time of the year.
