- a gross monthly salary between €4,500 and €6,500, compatible with your knowledge and experience.
- 27 leave days of which 7 are part of the flexible budget.
- flexible budget of 19.47% of your gross salary, containing a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance & 7 extra leave days. You can also utilise this by buying a bike, a monthly gym membership, save up for a sabbatical or other extended leave or pay out part or the full available budget at any moment in the year.

- flexible working hours; you come to the office for team meetings or brainstorming sessions. twice a week and work from home the other days.
