The Data Management department is part of the Digital, Advanced Analytics & Technology (DAAT) cluster. DAAT has more than 400 employees who play a central role within the organization. With the DAAT departments, we are building a world-class technology platform for asset management.
Data Management consists of approximately 60 colleagues divided into 7 different teams, each with their own focus. Together, the teams are responsible for the realization, testing, and management of the data warehouse. The roles within the department are very diverse, ranging from DWH Developer to Data Architect, from Administrator to Product Owner. The teams start the week together, often enjoying a Brabant (vegetarian) sausage roll or a Bossche bol. We regularly have a drink, and the FunStuff team organizes sports and culinary activities.

- a gross monthly salary between €5.000,- and €6.500,-, commensurate with your knowledge and experience.
- a flexible budget of 19.47% of your gross salary (containing a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance & 7 extra legal leave days) You can utilize this by buying a bike, monthly gym membership, but also to save up for a sabbatical! It’s also possible to get the full budget paid out at any moment in the year.
- 27 leave days of which 7 are part of the flexible budget.
- your commute to work is compensated, including green options of walking and biking to work!
- a market competitive pension scheme. The exact contribution is based on your salary and age, generally, most people can expect around 20% contribution, which 4% is employee contribution.
- flexible working hours; you come to the office for team meetings or brainstorming sessions and work from home by mutual agreement.
- a babysitting budget for working parents with kids in the age category 0 -12 years.
