CDD Analyst - complex customer groups

As a CDD Analyst for complex customer groups, you are responsible for independently conducting complex customer investigations. What sets us apart is that we work from one department (Client Monitoring) where all activities in the field of Financial Crime, such as Transaction Monitoring, CDD, Sanctions, and Fraud, take place. This provides the opportunity to vary in types of work and develop in multiple areas, either in breadth or depth. We will work together with you to determine where you can excel. That is what you will use your talents for as a CDD Analyst (complex customer groups) at Van Lanschot Kempen. You dedicate yourself daily to investigating complex and high-risk cases and transactions. The goal is to efficiently monitor all customers so that any risks of a customer being involved in financial economic crime are quickly identified, allowing you to act immediately upon signals.

You are also responsible for: 

  • Writing clear investigations and forming well-founded judgments.
  • Identifying methods and trends in the field of financial economic crime.
  • Proactively thinking about efficiency improvements, even beyond the scope of your own tasks.

The locations for this role are Amsterdam & Den Bosch.

By thinking further and asking questions, you enable them to serve our customers in a customer-oriented and proactive manner and assess risks accurately.

In addition, you have: 

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, including experience in assessing transactions and customers in the field of Financial Crime.
  • Knowledge of the WWFT (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act), sanction legislation, and money laundering methods and techniques.
  • Knowledge of complex structures.
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written.
