As a .Net Developer at Van Lanschot Kempen, you will be involved in all processes, as our applications are at the heart of the bank. This gives you the opportunity to build broad knowledge and gain experience with various technologies, contributing to our key processes.

You will have plenty of opportunities to learn and explore different aspects of the field. Besides .Net, we also work with low code (Uipath and Power Platform) in the team, allowing you to work with modern technologies and develop innovative solutions.

In the Athena team, we build business applications to support our internal processes. It is important that you, as a developer, know how to translate these wishes into small, smart solutions. You immerse yourself in the business process, build a compact solution and also maintain it.  

As a member of a multidisciplinary scrum team (DevOps), you are responsible for the run & change of process-supporting applications that enable the organization to work efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will be involved in:

  • analyzing, optimizing, and developing new features.
  • testing, analyzing, and managing existing features. 
  • working independently and proactively seeking solutions.
  • actively contributing to the technical roadmap of the team.

  • at least 2 years of experience with .NET.
  • experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.

The team is part of Core Banking Applications, which falls under the Digital, Advanced Analytics & Technology (DAAT) cluster. Within Core Banking Applications, we are responsible for the key customer and product systems and the processes that run through them.

As a .NET Developer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of 5 colleagues. You will work with the latest technologies and tools to build your solutions. The team has an informal setting and uses the Scrum/Agile methodology. The team continuously collaborates with business users, platform teams, and many other teams to improve the delivery of their products.
